3. Book your flight tickets to Bhutan
It is important to confirm your flight tickets to Bhutan before you confirm with your tour. With Bhutan having only two airlines (Drukair and Bhutan Airlines) that operates to few international destinations, it becomes difficult to get your flight tickets specially during peak tourist season (March, April, May, September, October and November) and at the time of special discounts.
It is vital to book your flight tickets to Bhutan at least two to three months earlier.

You must book your flight to any of the above mentioned destinations to catch a connecting flight to Bhutan. You can book through an online system or ask us to book on your behalf.
4. Pay your tour money and get Bhutan visa
Your tour to Bhutan will be confirmed only after transferring your total tour money in advance. Tour money to Bhutan will be monitored by tourism council of Bhutan and your tour operators will get access to it only after the completion of tour.

To process Bhutan visa, you must mail us a scanned copy of your passport (photo page). After receiving your passport copy and tour money, we will apply for your visa through an online system to Tourism council of Bhutan.
Once it is approved, we will mail you the visa clearance letter. It will be processed within 72 working hours, after an application is submitted. At the port of entry, upon showing this visa clearance letter, your actual visa will be stamped on your passport.
Visa to Bhutan must be processed prior to your visit and no visa on arrival is issued in Bhutan.
